AMATEUR
Spent his college career at Prince George's Community College in Largo, Maryland where he was named to the Division III Junior College First Team and All-Mid East... Was also named a NSCAA Second Team All American in 2002… Ended his college career with 15 goals and 26 assists.

PROFESSIONAL
Signed a development contract with DC United in 2005 following his college career… Spent three seasons in the Major League Soccer with DC United, where he played 10 games and 343 minutes… His first MLS start came on September 9, 2006, against Real Salt Lake, where he played the full 90 minutes of the game… In 2008, played 29 games and 2,534 minutes with the Minnesota Thunder in the USL First Division… That year, was named to the USL First Division All-League First Team… Ended the campaign with one goal and two assists… Signed a two-year deal with the Impact on November 12, 2008.

2009 SEASON
Was named by the club the Newcomer of the Year… Was selected to the USL-1 All-League Second Team, a second career nomination on an All-League team… Despite a cheekbone fracture that kept him out from seven games, from July 28 to August 23, played 22 games, including 18 as a starter (1,655 minutes)… Registered his first career point with the Impact on July 22, with an assist in a 4-1 win against Cleveland… Played the full 90 minutes of the six playoff matches… Earned his first career playoff championship with the Impact.
