| Made his debut in Romania with Craiova University in first division from 1998 to 2000, with the junior, U-21 and senior teams … Between 2000 and 2002, played 27 matches with Stiinta CFR Craiova in Romanian fourth division… In July 2002, he came to terms with second division club Extensiv Craiova and took part in two matches…From 2003 to 2005, made a comeback with Stiinta CFR Craiova, which had been promoted to third division, and played 30 matches…Was recognized U-21 MVP … Was loaned in 2004 to Swiss second division club AC Bellinzona… Returned to Romania in 2005 and came to terms with third division club Gica Popescu SC, taking part in 30 games… From 2006 to 2007, joined third division club AS FC Baban where he played 36 matches… Received the Goalkeeper of the Year award… In June 2007, signed with second division Romanian club FC Botosani, playing four friendlies before suffering a knee injury... In 2009, joined the Trois-Rivières Attak… Was the starting goalkeeper of the Attak and third goalkeeper for the Montreal Impact … Compiled a total of 13 wins in 16 matches and a 0,95 Goals Allowed Average… Helped the team win the regular season championship, as well as the Canadian Soccer League playoffs for the first time in club history, October 25, 2009, against the Serbian Eagles… Was invited at the Impact’s training camp January 25, 2010, and traveled with the team in Portugal for its pre-season tour in mid-February… Signed his first contract with the Impact, a two-year deal, March 17, 2010. |
